Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 small banana, mashed (405 grams)
- 1 cup almond butter (240 grams)
- 1/2 cup protein powder of choice (90 grams)
- 3ย 1/2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder (28 grams)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (40 mls)
Chocolate Fudge Protein Brownies Method
- Preheat the oven to 190C and line a small cake tin with baking paper.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into a lined cake tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Cool for 10 minutes before cutting and keep leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
