Ingredients (Makes 1 serving)
- 95 grams tinned tuna in water
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated (2 grams)
- 1/2 tsp lime zest, finely grated (2 grams)
- 1/2 small red chilli, deseeded and finely diced (5 grams)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed (3 grams)
- 2 crackers e.g. Ryvitas (20 grams)
- 1/2 tsp lime juice (2.5 mls)
Lime, Chilli and Ginger Tuna Snack Recipe Method
- Combine tuna, ginger, lime zest, chilli and garlic and mix well.
- Divide tuna mixture on top of each Ryvita and squeeze over lime juice to serve.
