Bacon and Egg Cheese Wrap Recipe

Ingredients:
- Cooking oil spray
- 2 rashers of bacon, trimmed 60g
- 1 wholemeal mountain bread wrap 25g
- 2 tbsp grated tasty cheese 40g
- 2 boiled eggs 100g
- ยผ tomato sliced 25g
Bacon and Egg Cheese Wrap Method:
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high and lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Add bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked to your liking.
- Place bacon on wrap and top with grated cheese so it starts to melt from the heat of the bacon.
- Peel and slice hard-boiled eggs on top of bacon and cheese. Add tomato slices and wrap.
- Enjoy.
